Dylan Elton

Overview

Dylan Elton is an associate at Romero Park. Prior to receiving his law degree, Dylan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Brigham Young University. At this time, he worked closely with several startup companies driving him to obtain a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.

His passion for serving businesses, small and big, led him to obtain his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude. While in law school, Dylan competed in Negotiation, excelling in competitions, and was an Article Editor for the Gonzaga Journal of International Law.

His legal expertise includes being a law clerk at Gonzaga’s Office of General Counsel, practicing a variety of in-house law, before clerking for Romero Park. He eventually transitioned to a full-time associate attorney where he currently practices a variety of transactional and litigation work.

Dylan specializes in comprehensive legal services for businesses and real estate. On the transactional side, he assists with business formation and structuring, contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, and business sales and acquisitions. He also advises on real estate matters, including property acquisition and lease agreements.
In litigation, Dylan manages complex disputes, including shareholder and partnership conflicts, breach of contract cases, fraud allegations, and real estate disputes. His dual expertise allows him to navigate clients through legal challenges, from initial agreements to resolving conflicts that impact their operations and assets.

Dylan’s business and legal acumen provides a holistic approach to issues, resulting in well-rounded solutions that address both the strategic and legal aspects of his clients’ needs.
